Return Eligibility: You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items in their original packaging with all tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Non-returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel, swimwear, and earrings are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Process: Please contact our customer service team at lifeamarbag@gmail.com to initiate a return and receive instructions.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original method of payment.
Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account after approval.
Shipping Costs: The original shipping cost is non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
